AU Replied on August 3, I used this tool to both make an installation disk and to do the actual update from Win 8. The ISO download was a bit slow but I suspect traffic load was to blame. Was this reply helpful?

I also didn't have to enter my serial as my copy of win 8. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.
